Legal Entity Disclaimer: QAgentix operates as a proprietary, unincorporated business project. Any contracts, agreements, or services rendered are legally bound between the client and the individual proprietors representing QAgentix, rather than a registered corporate entity.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Services Rendered

QAgentix provides web development, design, and AI infrastructure services ("Web Studio"). Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in individualized freelance or contractor agreements signed prior to the commencement of any work.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing, all preliminary designs, source code architectures (such as our proprietary wrappers), and methodologies remain the intellectual property of QAgentix. Clients receive a license to use the final deployed product for their business operations.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QAgentix, nor its proprietors, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
